Ask Anna: 'I'm lonely and sad since my mum died - how do I rebuild my life?'

Life coach and Celebs Go Dating expert Anna Williamson answers your burning questions on everything from sex and relationships to mental health and parenting. This week Anna answers a question from a 27-year-old woman who lost her mum four years ago and feels abandoned by the rest of her family. Q: I'm 27 years old. I had a really close relationship with my mum and four years ago she lost her fight with breast cancer. My mum's family and my friends have pretty much abandoned me, and my immediate family don't speak about her because they find it too hard. Two years after my mum passed away, I was blessed with my son, but I feel quite lonely and sad because of my family. I would really appreciate advice on how to rebuild my life and confidently speak abut my mum, as she was a huge part of my life. Watch the video to hear Anna's advice on coping with grief.
