Beaches closed in Indiana as 'mysterious substance' spills from steel plant

Beaches at the Indiana Dunes National Park were temporarily closed on Monday (September 27) as a cloud of 'rusty colored discharge' appeared in Lake Michigan. It's believed the orange substance spilled from a nearby steel plant.
