Beware the 'Scare Cop'! How Bengaluru cops plan to curb traffic violations

In a bid to curb traffic violations in India's most traffic-congested city, the Bengaluru traffic police have installed around 200 mannequins dressed as traffic cops. They believe that people tend to follow traffic rules when they see a traffic police in the vicinity. Do you think this is a good plan to curb traffic violations?
