Biden’s Grand European Tour

Hot on the heels of his first NATO summit, US President Joe Biden will meet EU leaders Tuesday in a bid to re-affirm his country's commitment to multilateral cooperation. Top of the agenda: the Covid-19 recovery, both in terms of health and of the economy - all while moving toward green energy and countering what NATO leaders called a ‘systemic threat’ from China. But how in step are the US and EU on issues of trade and repeated provocation by Europe’s neighbor Russia?
