Celebrations Held in Tel Aviv After Netanyahu Voted Out as Prime Minister

A 60-59 vote by the Israeli Parliament formally ended Benjamin Netanyahu’s term as prime minister of Israel on Sunday, June 13.

Naftali Bennet, who previously served as the Minister of Defense from 2019 to 2020, was sworn in as the new prime minister.
