Children Kayak in Flooded Gunnedah Park After Days of Heavy Rain Hits New South Wales

Flooding prompted hundreds of New South Wales residents to request help from emergency services by Sunday, November 28, after heavy rain hit the southeastern Australian state.

As of Saturday, more than 30 people had been rescued from floodwaters over two days, local media reported. Evacuation orders were issued for several parts of the state.
