Chris Leslie says working people are still worse off

The Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Chris Leslie, says a new report by the Institute of Fiscal Studies, confirms that working people in Britain are still worse off than they were 5 years ago. Leslie said a better economic plan was needed to help the vast majority of people on lower and middle incomes.
