Cisco says it plans to acquire internet security company ThreatGrid. The New York based malware and threat intelligence firm will add to Cisco's growing security portfolio. Cisco plans to incorporate ThreatGrid's malware capabilities into its own cyber security program. ThreatGrid's products will be merged with Cisco's Advanced Malware Protection suite, adding value to Sourcefire a company Cisco acquired last year. Cisco's Senior Vice President Hilton Romanski says the deal plays into the company's evolving cloud and internet of everything strategies. Kori Hale reports from Wall Street.
