Dark Clouds Loom as Alabama Residents Warned to Avoid Beaches

Officials in Alabama called on residents to prepare for Storm Zeta ahead of its expected landfall on October 27.

The storm was expected to bring hurricane conditions and life-threatening storm surges to parts of the US Gulf Coast by late Wednesday.

This footage was shared by the City of Orange Beach, Alabama, and shows dark clouds looming over Cotton Bayou Beach. Officials called on residents to secure outside items and “make all necessary preparations for this fast-moving storm.” Credit: @cityorangebeach via Storyful
