Ethereum gains tail wind ahead of 'Shanghai update' - The Crypto Mile Weekly Update

This week's The Crypto Mile Weekly Update reports on the steady climb of bitcoin and ethereum since the start of 2023. Now 24 days into the month of January and blue-chip digital assets have performed better than traditional counterparts. Bitcoin and ethereum have made impressive bear market rallies, posting figures not seen since August 2022 and showing that major bankruptcies like Genesis have already been priced in. The amount of addresses holding bitcoin and ethereum continue to grow. And, ethereum holders are looking to the blockchain's next formal upgrade. The Shanghai Update will allow users to withdraw staked ETH and is set for this March.
