Firefighters Attempt to Control Wildfires in Palermo

Firefighters battled wildfires in the Palermo area of Sicily, Italy, on July 30, after blazes ignited amid high temperatures.

Evacuations were ordered for homes near Monte Pizzuta, located southwest of central Palermo, according to local media.

This footage, shared on Friday, shows firefighting efforts in Palermo.
