German Finance Sector is Generally Awful, Says Choukeir

September 30 -- Deutsche Bank AG slid in European trading after losing 6.7 percent in the U.S. to a record low $11.48 on Thursday. About 10 hedge funds that do business with the German lender moved to reduce their financial exposure as concern grows about its ability to withstand pending legal penalties.
