Hail Pelts Down in Melbourne During 'Severe Storms'

Bouncing hail pelted down over Melbourne as the Bureau of Meteorology warned of severe storms and damaging winds on December 2.

The Herald Sun said the city was “plunged into darkness” that afternoon, with “hammering winds and rains battering the eastern suburbs.”

This footage was recorded by Mohit Kris Bansal, who said it shows the “crazy” weather in the Point Cook suburb of the city.
