FinCEN Leak Shows Need for More Anti-Laundering Work, BOE Says

Sep.23 -- Sam Woods, deputy governor of prudential regulation at the Bank of England, discusses the need for banks to do more to prevent financial crimes after almost 90 lenders were named in leaked documents, dubbed the FinCEN Files, which showed about $2 trillion in transactions were flagged as possible criminal activity.
