Humana stock slides on pullback for 2025 forecast

Shares of Humana (HUM) slide Wednesday morning as the health insurance company reported its first-quarter earnings, revealing $29.61 billion in total revenue for the quarter, an increase of 10% year-over-year, however, the company pulled back its full-year 2025 forecast. The company cites disappointing Medicare reimbursement rates from the US government as a reason for the pullback.
