Jet Disappears in Cloud of Snow at Rochester Airport

A FedEx jet arriving at Rochester International Airport on December 2 disappeared into a cloud of powder upon landing, as the city in western New York state saw its first sustained snowfall of the season.

This footage, taken on Wednesday morning, shows a plane approach the runway, touch down, then become enveloped in kicked-up snow.

Local meteorologists reported at least two inches of snow at the airport early on December 2, with higher totals nearby. Other areas along Lake Ontario were expected to see even greater accumulations. Credit: Joseph Frascati via Storyful
