June PCE, Bristol Myers Squibb earnings: What to watch Friday

Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) data — the Federal Reserve's preferred inflation gauge — will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET. Economists expect both overall PCE and core PCE to slightly rise in June.

Bristol Myers Squibb (BMY), Colgate-Palmolive (CL), Aon (AON), and 3M (MMM) are expected to report their earnings.

Finally, the summer box office will heat up with the release of "Deadpool & Wolverine." The new Marvel movie is expected to bring in between $160 to $170 million domestically.
