Musician Charlotte Campbell was a little upset after being blocked from her Facebook page when she uploaded a cover of one of her favorite artists.

The UK-based singer took to YouTube to vent her frustration over being blocked from accessing her Facebook page after she covered an Ed Sheeran song. Little did she know that her rant would be seen by Ed himself.

After hearing of Charlotte’s problem, Ed left a lovely message on her Facebook page, apologizing. Charlotte was thrilled to hear from him but was left a little red-faced.
