Nike fully exits Russia three months after suspending operations

Nike has announced it is permanently ending operations in Russia, joining a list of growing companies doing so in response to the country's invasion of Ukraine.

- Another story that we're keeping our eye on today, Nike making a full exit out of Russia three months after suspending its operations there. In a statement, the company stressed the importance of supporting employees while, quote, "responsibly scaling down operations over the coming months," end quote. Now, Nike gets less than 1% of its revenue from Ukraine and Russia combined. We should note that McDonald's, Google, and a number of other Western brands have also left Russia in recent months.
