Pastel Sky Is Perfect Backdrop for Paddleboarders in South Australia

Michelle Kenworthy took some time to enjoy the sunset at Tumby Bay Foreshore on the Eyre Peninsula at the end of her work day on July 9.

Kenworthy had hoped to catch a glimpse of dolphins at the location, but instead witnessed two paddleboarders moving by. She captured this video of the calm scene as waves broke softly on the shore. She told Storyful that, “The whole bay was awash with pastel hues and sound of soft waves…. so serene.”

Kenworthy lives in the Tumby Bay area and has witnessed nature’s beauty at the location before; she posted an earlier image to Facebook showing a sky of “blazing reds and oranges”. Credit: Michelle Kenworthy via Storyful
