'Pretty Birds': Group of Peafowl Parades Around Townsville Home

A Queensland resident welcomed a group of unexpected feathered visitors as a party of peafowl roamed his front yard in Kirwan.

Brenden Wright filmed a video that shows a peacock and peahens walking around and finding food on his lawn.

“Well, well, well, what do we have here?” Wright says in the video as he approaches the peahens. “Look at these pretty birds.”
