Protesters Demonstrate Against Amazon in Seattle, Washington

Protesters gathered in front of the Amazon Spheres in Seattle, Washington on November 27, as part of a organized worldwide Amazon protest.

Footage taken by @Marshhh12 shows backed up traffic and demonstrators outside the Spheres, part of the Amazon campus.

According to reports, the #MakeAmazonPay Black Friday protests had been coordinated to occur in 15 different countries, based around a common set of demands.

The demands included improving workplace conditions, providing more job security, respecting workers’ universal rights, and implanting sustainable environmental operations.

Earlier in the year, Amazon had come under fire for its warehouse COVID-19 protocols, as well as other worker safety concerns, according to reports. Credit: @Marshhh12 via Storyful
