Snow fell in Fairbanks, Alaska, on the morning of September 24, the local National Weather Service (NWS) office said.
The office issued a special weather statement on September 24, saying: “In the Fairbanks, North Pole, and Eielson areas, snow is occurring and will continue through tonight, then taper off Saturday morning.”
