NWS meteorologist James Sinko shared this footage of the conditions in Castle Hill, Aroostook County, in the early hours of Monday.

Strong winds were expected from Monday afternoon into the night, with scattered power outages also possible, the NWS said. Credit: Meteorologist James Sinko via Storyful
