Stocks digest PPI, Tesla vote, Broadcom earnings: 3 Things

Stock futures (^DJI, ^IXIC, ^GSPC) appear to be in the green this morning in response to the Producer Price Index (PPI), compounded by yesterday's cooling inflation data in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and the Federal Reserve's decision to hold interest rates.

The results of a Tesla (TSLA) shareholder vote on CEO Elon Musk's pay package — currently valued at $46 billion based on the EV maker's stock price — will be Thursday afternoon at the company's annual shareholder meeting.

Broadcom (AVGO) topped fiscal second-quarter earnings estimates, announcing a 10-for-1 stock split.
