SEANA SMITH: Welcome to Yahoo Finance Live. It's Tuesday, January 24. I'm Seana Smith, along with Dave Briggs. Let's get you up to speed on that market action that we are looking at, with just about an hour to go in the trading day. The Dow moving to the upside, up another 143 points today, adding to yesterday's gains. You're looking at the S&P just barely in positive territory, back above the positive line there, back up at the flat line, up just about less than a tenth of a percent. NASDAQ composite, though, that is in the red, off just about a tenth of a percent.

Taking a look at the NASDAQ 100, a similar move here to the downside. The Philly Semiconductor Index, one of the biggest outperformers in the market yesterday, giving back some of those gains, off just about 8/10 of a percent today. And taking a look at the bond market, you're looking at yields pull back just a bit with the 10-year yield off just about six basis points at 346.

Digging into some of the sector action that we are seeing, you can see industrials, utilities, the outperformers here followed by real estate coming up in the rear here. The underperformers in the market today, technology just below the following, communication services, energy, and healthcare. Let's talk a little bit about technology here, taking a look at some of the big movers within the NASDAQ. You look at Google off just about 2%. The DOJ suing Google-- more on that in just a minute. But that clearly placing some pressure on that stock today.

You're looking at Amazon off just about 6/10 of a percent. Taking a look at some of the travel names, UBS was out with a note saying that the recovery might be better than many had feared. And we're seeing some gains here. And some of these names, a lot of the cruise lines here moving to the upside. Royal Caribbean, the outperformer there, up just over 1%. Southwest back in the green. You're looking at bookings up just about 2/10 of a percent, Dave.
