'Stubborn' Bernese Mountain Dog Just Does Not Want to Leave Adelaide Beach

Mack the Bernese mountain dog loves getting out and about for walks or trips to the beach. The only downside is going home, which he hates.

As video by Mack’s human Jo Templin shows, Mack is wont to go on strike as soon as there’s a hint that the fun is over for the day. He is “one big stubborn” pup, Templin says. “He has ‘tantrums’ whenever we are leaving a walk or if he sees my car or hears me unlock it because he doesn’t want to go home. He throws down, rolls on his back and won’t get up.”

Templin’s video shows Mack motionless as she attempts to lead him off the beach at the Adelaide suburb of Glenelg.
