Supreme Court upholds Obamacare in latest ruling

On Thursday, the Supreme Court released its highly anticipated decision on a challenge to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as Obamacare. By a 7-2 vote, the court rejected the Republican-led challenge to the law.

- Just want to bring you a bit of breaking news that happened in the past hour. The Affordable Care Act on Thursday was upheld. It was the third major challenge at the Supreme Court and survived in a 7 to 2 ruling. Basically, the ruling was that the plaintiffs had not suffered direct injury that would give them the standing to sue here. So again, ACA surviving yet another challenge in the Supreme Court.
