Thousands Wait to Bid Farewell to Maradona in Buenos Aires

Thousands of mourners gathered outside the presidential palace in Buenos Aires on November 26 to bid farewell to Diego Maradona, whose body was lying in state at the palace, local media reported.

Maradona died the day before, aged 60, prompting fans around the world the mourn the soccer great. Three days of mourning were declared in Argentina.
