Tropical Storm Kai-tak Brings Severe Flooding to Philippines

Tropical Storm Kai-tak brought heavy rainfall to parts of the Philippines on Saturday, December 16, leaving parts of the country submerged under water.

At least three people in the Philippines have been killed by the storm, which is known locally as Tropical Storm Urduja, CNN Philippines reported. A state of calamity has also been declared in Tacloban City and Northern Samar, the news site reported.
