Upside down pizza is all the rage on TikTok, but does it live up to the hype?

- What's up, everyone. My name is Tway. I'm a content creator and chef, and welcome to Kitchen Et Cetera, the place where I put a viral TikTok recipes to the test.

I'm taking a classic Italian dish that we all know and love and turning it on its head-- upside down pizza.

We are starting with our toppings. Add some pineapple chunks and then mushrooms, jalapenos. And then our pepperoni. Cheese. Marinara sauce.

I'm going to start on the dough. Let's give it a whirl.

Oh wow. Let's tuck the edges. Here's a little bit of olive oil. Ready for the oven.

Oh my God. Kind of looks like a pizza. Hopefully this tastes better than it looks, so I'm just going to take a piece. It's not that bad.

There's a lot of crust. Maybe just try using less dough just so the dough can be thinner, and so it will be a little bit more crispy.
