US admits deadly Kabul drone strike was a 'tragic mistake'

The Pentagon has admitted that a drone strike on a car in Afghanistan was a 'tragic mistake'. General Frank McKenzie, head of US Central Command, said the 10 people who died, including seven children, were not connected to Islamic State. The US is now considering making reparation payments to the relatives of those who died.
