How various COVID vaccines compare & why you must take them: US-based doctor sheds light

There are as many as 10 different COVID vaccines available around the world. Not all vaccines are available in all markets, but at least one or two in each region.

In these uncertain times, we are oveloaded with information and apprehensive about which vacine to opt for due to lack of understanding of the efficacy of vaccines. Some even resist the idea of taking the vaccines due to fear of side-effects.

In this video, Indian-born US-based doctor, Dr Amit Correa, who is a cancer specialist, sheds light and creates awareness about the efficacy of the various vaccines available around the world. He also specifically shares detailed inform on the vaccines available in India and why it is imperative that one must take the vaccine in the fight against COVID.

About the doctor: Dr Amit Corea is a specialist in Hematology and Oncology. He is experienced in treating patients with cancer, especially leukemia, lymphoma, and plasma cell dyscrasias. Patients with these types of cancer are immunocompromised ( have low immunity), and are highly prone to infections especially COVID-19. He is experienced in treating cancer patients right from the start of the pandemic in February 2020 and has witnessed extremely good results and recoveries through treatment while managing these patients. He has trained at the University of Texas and also at the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center and did his residency at Mount Siani West in Newyork city. He is a faculty and an assistant professor at the University of Tennessee and also a Benign hematology fellow at the University of St. Jude's.
