Winter Weather Brings Snowfall to Yorkshire

Parts of the United Kingdom continued to see snow and cold temperatures on Monday, November 29, a day after much of the north of the country was under a yellow warnings for ice, sleet and snow.

The Met Office warned of a cold and frosty start for many parts on Monday morning, with snow on hills for some.

The winter weather followed Storm Arwen, which brought gusts of almost 100 mph when it lashed parts of the UK on Friday into Saturday. Three men were killed by falling trees in separate incidents.
