Wrap That to Go?: Portland Cat Loves to Be Carried in Paper Bag

Portland woman Seyoung Yeo admits to having become one of those “eccentric” cat people, after she decided to try carry her pet Charlie about the neighborhood in a paper bag.

“Charlie is an indoor cat,” Yeo told Storyful. “He loves being carried around the house in a paper bag, so I thought I’d try it outside. I was surprised he didn’t move or try to jump out.
