Yahoo Finance Woman gives her little sister a haircut, and their mom is ‘so mad’
TikToker @jmzf gave her little sister a haircut without their mom’s permission. And even though she still got in trouble, she says it was totally worth it for the little girl’s priceless reaction.
Do you think children should be able to choose their own hair styles? TikToker @jmzf does! That’s why, when she caught her little sister pretending to have shorter hair, she decided to take action and give her a haircut. There was just one problem: The TikToker’s mom didn’t approve. In a viral video that has racked up more than 16 million views, the TikToker shares the story of how she decided to go ahead and give her little sister the haircut she wanted.
The video begins with a shot of the TikToker’s little sister. The little girl has her hair tucked into the back of her shirt to make it appear as if she has shorter hair.
“My little sister loves to put her hair in her shirt and act like she has short hair,” the TikToker explains in a caption. “I caught her looking at herself today. She looked so happy.”
The little girl continues to turn her head in different directions, checking out her imaginary short hair at different angles.
“I texted my sisters for some reassurance because I was about to go against my mom,” the TikToker explains, showing a screenshot of a text conversation between herself and her sisters.
“Do it!” one sister writes.
“It’s just hair,” another sister reassures her.
Then the video cuts back to her little sister. The TikToker shows the little girl with long hair, then cuts to her sister after she got her haircut. The little girl now has shoulder-length hair and looks so happy. She smiles and even begins to tear up, overcome with positive emotions.
“She loved it!” the TikToker writes as the video ends. “Her little reaction was so worth it! But mom still got us in trouble.”
