** GoDaddy's highly anticipated $400 mln IPO well oversubscribed even as choppy markets take toll on activity

** Bookrunners send strong signal, close order book one day prior to pricing; web-hosting company's shares to debut Wednesday

** Last week four IPOs price, just one trades at a meaningful premium, while two others get postponed

** Alongside last week's IPOs, 20 follow-ons (6 blocks) and two converts price for about $11 bln in transaction value

** SolarEdge Technologies (NasdaqGS: SEDG - news) ' IPO outshines, prices at top of range and shares close week 17 pct higher

** In contrast, cancer immunotherapy biotech Cellectis surprisingly disappoints in U.S. debut; Pfizer (NYSE: PFE - news) -backed company's shares close week 16 pct below their $41.50 offer price

** Citizens Financial (Other OTC: CIWV - news) biggest follow-on with impressive $3.7 bln raise as RBS (LSE: RBS.L - news) stays on track to divest its stake in the bank by December 2016
