BUZZ-UK housebuilders: hit record amid waning UK rate-hike fears

** UK housebuilders rally to all-time highs as 'Super Thursday' sees rate-hike worries ease off

** Housebuilders are sensitive to the potential for higher mortgage rates, which would affect affordability of homes
