Feb 11 (Reuters) - Dow Jones industrial average futures were up 0.29 percent at 15,785, S&P 500 futures were up 0.34 percent at 1,800.8 and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.43 percent at 3,593.

** INFOBLOX INC (NYSE: BLOX - news) , Monday close $33.14, -31.62 pct after market

The network equipment maker late on Friday estimated second-quarter revenue below the analysts' average forecast, citing disappointing business with the U.S. government and fewer $1 million-plus transactions.

** MODEL N INC (NYSE: MODN - news) , Monday close $10.26, +27.68 pct after market

The software company, which specializes in the management of life sciences and technology revenue, reported better-than-expected results for the first quarter and in a post-earnings conference call said it signed new customers such as U.S. orthopedic implant maker Stryker Corp and CSR (Frankfurt: GQY.F - news) Plc, the British company that makes chips for headsets.

** RACKSPACE HOSTING INC (NYSE: RAX - news) , Monday close $40.36, -11.30 pct premarket

The web hosting company forecast lower-than-expected revenue for 2014 and said its chief executive of seven years, Lanham Napier, was retiring as Rackspace looks to transition into a cloud software developer.

Two brokerages cut their price targets on the company's stock.

** TARGACEPT INC (NasdaqGS: TRGT - news) , Monday close $4.96, -10.00 pct after market

** ASTRAZENECA PLC (NYSE: AZN - news) , Monday close $64.41

The U.S. biotech company said British drugmaker AstraZeneca (EUREX: AZNF.EX - news) would return rights to several pre-clinical compounds. A licensing agreement, signed in 2005, continues for the remaining compounds, including AZD1446, a potential treatment for Alzheimer's disease.

** ANNIE'S INC, Monday close $41.83, -9.16 pct after market

The organic food company cut its full-year 2014 adjusted earnings forecast on Monday, citing higher anticipated cost pressure in the fourth quarter. The company also reported third-quarter earnings below the analysts' average estimate.

Credit Suisse (NYSE: CS - news) cut its rating on Annie's stock to "neutral" from "outperform" and lowered its price target to $36 from $54. At least two other brokerages also cut their price targets on the company's stock.

** HUNTSMAN CORP, Monday close $22.13, +5.51 pct premarket

The U.S. chemicals maker posted a better-than-expected fourth-quarter profit, helped by higher demand for polyurethane used in foam insulation and paint pigments.

** AXIALL CORP, Monday close $39.51, +7.57 pct after market

The chemicals and building products company said it signed an agreement with Korea-based Lotte Chemical to pursue a joint venture for the design, construction and operation of a proposed 1 million metric ton per year ethane cracker. The companies expect to jointly award a front-end engineering design contract for the cracker in the first quarter of 2014, Axiall (Frankfurt: HGQN.F - news) said in a statement on Monday.

** AMKOR TECHNOLOGY INC (NasdaqGS: AMKR - news) , Monday close $5.32, -7.71 pct after market

The chip gear maker forecast first-quarter revenue below the analysts' average estimate as softer demand for high-end smartphones had a cascading effect on semiconductor makers.

** QUALYS INC (NasdaqGS: QLYS - news) , Monday close $28.69, -7.28 pct after market

Brokerage Pacific Crest Securities cut its rating on the cloud computing security provider's stock to "sector perform" from "outperform," saying it believes "the anticipated modest top-line reacceleration is already priced in shares."

Qualys, on Monday, reported fourth-quarter results in line with the analysts' average estimate.

** NAVIOS MARITIME PARTNERS LP, Monday close $18.13, -5.46 pct premarket

The dry bulk shipping company said late on Friday that it plans to offer 5.5 million common units, representing limited partnership interests in a public offering.

** LPL FINANCIAL HOLDINGS INC, Monday close $52.74

The largest U.S. independent broker-dealer reported a higher-than-expected 20 percent rise in fourth-quarter profit as it earned more from its advisory business and commissions.

** LULULEMON ATHLETICA INC (NasdaqGS: LULU - news) , Monday close $47.53

Capital Group, one of the world's largest investment management firms, said on Monday it had boosted its stake in Lululemon Athletica, a vote of confidence in the embattled yogawear retailer.

** APPLE INC (NasdaqGS: AAPL - news) , Monday close $528.99, +0.36 pct premarket

Billionaire activist-investor Carl Icahn has backed off from his campaign urging Apple to increase its stock buybacks, citing the company's recent repurchases as well as an influential proxy adviser's call against his proposal.

** KKR (Frankfurt: A1C10P - news) & Co LP, Monday close $24.48

The private equity firm disclosed on Monday that it would liquidate two funds targeting individual investors, in a blow to KKR's efforts to widen its appeal beyond institutional investors such as pension funds and insurance firms.

** GENESEE & WYOMING INC (NYSE: GWR - news) , Monday close $89.44

The railroad operator reported fourth-quarter results below the analysts' average estimate and said demand was slow in early 2014 due to extreme winter weather in North America.
