NORWAY GAS-Flows fall to Britain, France

* Total Norwegian exports at 318 mcm/day

* Flows to Britain down by 5 mcm/day

OSLO, March 31 (Reuters) - Natural gas exports from Norway,

western Europe's top supplier, eased on Tuesday from the

previous day on lower deliveries to Britain and France, partly

offset by higher flows to Germany, data from gas system operator

Gassco showed.

Pipeline gas flows were running at a rate of 318 million

cubic metres (mcm) per day by 0800 GMT, down 6 mcm from volumes

delivered on Monday.

Supplies to Britain eased by 5 mcm/day to 107 mcm/day due to

slightly lower flows through the Vesterled and the FLAGS

pipelines.

The following table shows Norwegian pipeline gas flows,

measured in mcm/day, compared with the previous session's

delivered volumes:

Destination Real time Pvs business Change

day (mcm)

Britain 107 112 -5

Germany & Netherlands 143 138 5

France 25 31 -6

Belgium 43 43 0

Total (Swiss: FP.SW - news) 318 324 -6

NOTE: Real-time gas export figures are based on gas fed into the

system at a certain time and calculated as a daily average.

Levels can vary throughout the day as producers adjust the

amount of gas they export, according to changing nominations, or

orders, from customers.

Volumes for the previous business day show delivered gas.
