Adobe Profit, Revenue Beat Expectations

Investing.com - Adobe Systems reported quarterly results after the bell Tuesday that topped expectations on the top and bottom lines.

Adobe (NASDAQ:ADBE) reported a second-quarter profit of $1.83 per share, higher than analysts’ estimates of $1.78 per share compiled by Investing.com. Revenue of $2.74 billion was above the consensus of $2.7 billion.

Shares rose 2.1% postmarket.

Looking ahead, Adobe said it predicts a third-quarter profit of $1.95 per share, lower than the $2.05 per share consensus from S&P Capital IQ. Third-quarter revenue is seen at $2.8 billion, slightly off the consensus of $2.83 billion.
