There are thousands of activewear brands available on Amazon, but one in particular has been moving up on the retailer's bestsellers list and it's called Along Fit.
A supplier of everything from resistance bands to yoga pants, Along Fit has become well-loved by Amazon Canada shoppers for its range of "insanely soft" fabrics and convenient design features like pockets.
I recently got my hands on the brand's $15 Crop Top/Yoga Sports Bra and I'm impressed, to say the least.
Correction: I'm obsessed, and I'll let you in on why.

The details
First off, it glides onto the skin like butter just like Along Fit's $21 leggings. Plus, it's nearly seamless and basically molded to my body when I pulled it on.
The breathable jersey fabric sat a few inches from my hips - not too long and not too short - and the elastic band under the bust felt supportive.
Normally, I'm one to remove the misshapen paddings from inside a sports bra as I find they look silly and feel uncomfortable. I'm also not a very busty lady, so I don't usually need them.

However, the removable pads inside the Crop Top/Yoga Sports Bra looked natural and felt snug while working out.
At first glance, I doubted how well it would keep things in place, but after several runs on the treadmill, I was surprised to find that the Crop Top/Yoga Sports Bra kept "the girls locked and loaded!" as one Amazon reviewer put it.
Thankfully, the small openings on both sides of the bust were designed for easy replacement and cleaning.

One thing's for sure: I'm not the only fan of the Crop Top/Yoga Sports Bra's luxe fabric, and plenty of Along Fit lovers are going back for more.
"Love it! Thick, great quality. Removable cups are very supportive," said one reviewer. "Very cute crop top to wear for active or casual [wear] and looks better than [a] typical crop since [a] bra [is] not required. Definitely buying more colours."
Amazon shoppers like the Crop Top/Yoga Sports Bra's versatility just as much as I do - when you don't feel like wearing a bra or a tank (or both), it's the perfect substitute.
"Amazing!I cannot get over how much I love these tops. I ordered [the] White and Violet and will definitely be ordering more colours," another reviewer said. "The quality of these are outstanding. Not to mention, the shipping was supposed to take two weeks and I received my order just three days after placing it. I’m so happy about them and I will recommend them to all my friends."

To buy, or not to buy?
Overall, the verdict on the Crop Top/Yoga Sports Bra is that it's comfy, high-quality, and mega-flattering. For as effortless as it feels on the body, the bust and longline straps keep things in place, which I appreciate most as an active person.
Basically, it's suitable for intense HIIT workouts to low impact activities like yoga, pilates and ballet. Even better, you can wear the bra alone or with a shirt.
Come summertime, I think it'll be the perfect transitional piece to wear from the gym to run errands in, eliminating the stress over having to change.
Or, as one reviewer admitted, skip the yoga and wear it with everything you own: "I love this crop top bra thingy, all in one. I don’t do yoga shhhhhh... I just wear it as a shirt."
