Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway will return to ITV next week on Saturday 20 February.

It's the 17th series of the entertainment show for the Geordie presenting duo who will be back with more games, guests and live surprises.

While the show has typically relied on the presence of a live audience, the series will have a virtual studio audience of over 300 people due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Last year's run saw its final few episodes filmed without an in-person audience around the time the first lockdown kicked in for England.

The programme has also teased some of the famous guests that can be expected to participate in the antics later on in the series, including Davina McCall and Sir Mo Farah.

The hosts will also star in a brand new mini-series, Double Trouble, which sees the pair cloned and their doubles going rogue. It will also feature a number of famous faces including Bear Grylls, Prue Leith, Rob Brydon, Alison Hammond and Jermaine Jenas.
