Yahoo Finance Ashley Graham has a reminder for anyone worried about their body this summer
Ashley Graham is doing what she does best - promoting self-love and a positive body image. The supermodel shared a nude selfie on Instagram as a reminder to her followers to love their bodies.
“As the weather gets warmer, I know a lot of people struggle with wearing less clothes and showing more skin,” Graham wrote.
“I hope these photos I’ve been tagged in of so many beautiful bodies motivates you to love the skin you’re in.
“Believe me when I say your body is beautiful, and I know it’s easy to tell yourself the lie that you’re not good enough thin enough, sexy enough, ‘flawless’ enough to wear a tank top or a swimsuit, but it’s hot out there and so are you.”
She continued: “Don’t let your mind stop you from enjoying your life to the fullest (and remember to say ‘I love you’ to yourself every day!)"
Graham shared a gallery of different women posing, as well as a picture showing Graham’s stretch marks with the words “Beautiful. End of discussion.”
This isn't the first time Graham has spread body positivity via Instagram, as she celebrated her "big, strong, beautiful body" after giving birth to her first child Isaac earlier this year.
She responded to a fan who commented: "I hate that this is seen as 'big girl'. I see nothing but a beautiful, naturally curvy woman in all her glory... super sexy and womanly."
Graham responded with: "I hear what you're saying. But if you look at 'big' as a positive or love then you can see it like I do. I love my big strong beautiful body."
