HOUSTON, March 23 (Reuters) - The 65,000 barrel per day (bpd) gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracking unit at BP Plc's 413,500 bpd Whiting, Indiana, refinery remains shut for repairs on Monday, said sources familiar with plant operations.
BP's joint-venture 135,000 bpd Toledo, Ohio, refinery was continuing the restart of the 55,000 bpd FCCU on Monday, said sources familiar with that refinery's operations.
A BP spokesman declined to discuss operations at the two refineries on Monday.
The Whiting refinery FCCU was shut on March 8 and repairs have been underway since that date.
The Toledo refinery FCCU began restarting on March 17 after being shut for about a month of repair work.
