Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, December 4, 2017 - Bureau Veritas is pleased to announce it has finalized the acquisition of Ingeniería, Control y Administración, S.A. de C.V. ("INCA"), a leader in technical supervision of building and infrastructure projects in Mexico.

Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Mexico City, INCA provides construction project management assistance and technical studies. The company operates primarily in the fields of public transportation and highways, energy and utilities projects, serving banks as well as government organizations financing infrastructure projects. INCA generated revenues of around €12 million in 2016.

This acquisition positions Bureau Veritas as a top player for building and infrastructure related services in Mexico, a market that is driven by sustained investment both in the private and public sectors, especially in transportation, power and utilities. It will add technical references and know-how for large public bids in the country, while enabling Bureau Veritas to diversify its local portfolio of services and build synergies with its activities in the energy sector.
