BUZZ-Disappointing H1 pushes RWE to fresh 12-year low

** RWE (Xetra: 703712 - news) publishes disappointing H1 results due to problems with billing at its British npower supply business and a loss of customers ** Shares (Berlin: DI6.BE - news) are down 1.6 pct in early trade, the only decliners on Germany's DAX index, which is up 1.4 pct ** The stock is at its lowest level in almost 12 yrs, having slumped 30 pct YTD ** "We have held a Reduce on RWE for years, emphasising it is trapped operationally in what we forecast long ago (2009) would be a structural decline in fundamental and political conditions," Kepler analyst Ingo Becker says in a note ** Becker says RWE's stock has priced out of "many unrealistic bullish hopes in the market that emerged with the wider bull market in equities" ** Twelve out of 29 analysts who cover RWE recommend selling the stock, while another 11 have a "hold" on it, according to Thomson Reuters data
