BUZZ-Lufthansa: sees profits rising in 2015

** Lufthansa up 1.8 pct, among top gainers on a flat DAX, after the aviation group says almost all units will improve profits in 2015 as it reports 2014 results

** The carrier, which had warned on 2015 profit twice last yr, says it expects 2015 adjusted EBIT of over 1.5 bln euros, against 1.2 bln in 2014

** Equinet analyst Jochen Rothenbacher says he is "positively surprised" by the precise guidance, "given the uncertainties of Lufthansa's operational businesses and especially the outcome of the ongoing negotiations with the pilots"

** Lufthansa shares have lost 5 pct of their value so far this yr. They currently trade at 6.5 times expected earnings, compared to a multiple of 13 for European peers

** Cantor Fitzgerald says it maintains its "Hold" recommendation but is placing its TP under Review (from 13 euros)
