Catherine Zeta-Jones 'Grams Her Super Toned Core As She Dances To David Bowie
Catherine Zeta-Jones just shared a look into a photoshoot on Instagram and she brought all her pro dance moves.
The 52-year-old Chicago star dropped a BTS video from her shoot on Instagram. In the clip, she's dancing in black leggings and a crop top, as smoke billows around her. She's strutting toward the camera, spinning around, and oozing confidence galore as she flashes her toned core, arms, and legs as 'Let’s Dance' by David Bowie blares in the background. In short: she looks incredible.
'Of course I would have "Let’s Dance" by David Bowie on my photoshoot playlist!' she wrote in the caption. 'What’s your go-to song to dance to?'
People were all over it in the comments: 'You look absolutely amazing 🙌,' one fan wrote. 'Get it girl! 🙌' another said. '😍😍 have an amazing day, Catherine!! And never stop dancing!! You light my life,' chimed a particularly inspired admirer.
Catherine previously shared with W magazine that her exercise go-tos are 'swimming, tennis, Peloton, my home gym, and tap dancing.'
Speaking of dancing, Catherine has been a big dancer for ages. 'I have a ballet barre in my gym,' she previously told The Telegraph. 'I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating, and I go for it for an hour.'
But that’s not ~all~ she does. Catherine likes to lead a generally active life, sprinkling in things like cross-country skiing with her husband, Michael Douglas. 'I also hula-hoop, walk on the treadmill, and do the elliptical,' she explained. 'I try to keep the whole body working.'
Oh and you can add yoga to the list, too. Catherine dropped a video of herself over the summer doing some pretty impressive yoga moves, including going from a downward down into a perfect forward fold like it was NBD.
She’s also an amazing hula-hooper. Evidence:
Beyond all that, Catherine eats really well. She previously told W that she doesn’t drink and follows an anti-inflammatory diet.
👏👏👏 We bow down to you, Catherine.
