Crystal Palace host Newcastle United in the Premier League this evening as both sides look to break into the top half of the table.

Roy Hodgson’s Eagles head into the game in 11th place in the standings with 13 points, while visitors Newcastle are in 15th on 11 points. A win for either team would send them into the top half, even if just briefly ahead of the rest of the weekend’s fixtures.

Palace are in mixed form, with two victories and two defeats in their last four outings, while Steve Bruce’s side have one win, one draw and two losses over the same period.
